What about Mayo to the Cardinals?

Maybe,  but the Cards picked up LB Clark Haggans from the Steelers in Free Agency.  I believe they expect him to start, and the rest of their LB"s are pretty good.  And they also got Travis Laboy in FA, who plays some OLB, IIRC.

Several mocks have the Bills reaching for a WR at #11. That would have me scratching my head.

Devin Thomas is the latest one. Look at what they did two years ago. Whittner is a good player but they picked him way too early. And John McCargo in round one? I was reading somewhere where the Bills really like Antone Cason and might take him in round one. That would be a shocker.

I did a mock draft and had the 49ers taking Trevor Laws. That would surprise some.

Lets do this.

After the Giants and their plethora of DEs found success, I  think the surprising 'head scratchers' will be at that position.  Teams will take both Kendall Langford and Brian Johnston, big DEs with good measurables, much earlier than they likely should be taken given their play to date.

I see mocks with us still taking Mario Manningham.

I'd take Manningham if I knew that Jones/Cutt/Williamson don't pan out next year.

I show off my anger after Jags losses. I can't help myself.

I seriously doubt the Jags will go anywhere near Manninghemp with their first pick.

Off the topic  but i'm curious if anyone else was listening to sirius nfl sometime around 1-2pm.. apparently they had manningham on before I started listening and adam schein and his partner were pretty relentless in their critique of his attitude.  Apparently he did not impress in his interview skills or his attitude.  I'd be curious about exactly what it was that went on.  He was apparently very defensive--I think he got into some issue with drugs??

From the way they were talking about him after the interview, just sounds like someone better left for another team to take a risk on..
