"The Indianapolis Colts are conducting a contest to find a new horse logo.
The entry judged most “unique, versatile and fun” will earn the winner $1,000 and a pair of lower-level 2008 season tickets at Lucas Oil Stadium. Deadline to enter is April 16th.
Fans will vote on five finalists at Colts.com with an announcement on April 26th at the team’s annual draft day party. Designs should depict a “youthful horse, playful yet strong and appealing to Colts fans.” A hard copy of the logo must be entered."
Leading entries include: Colts 2008 Logo #1
"I think it embodies the heart and soul of a Colt better than anything I've seen yet," said one excited Colts fan.
And Colts 2008 Logo #2
"I think it represents beautifully the intensity we bring to each and every game," spoke a long-time season ticket holder and passing-sissy activist.
