| MoJo is on Fox Sport's show Sports Science, episode: "Tricks of the Trade", cable channel 51.
He is demonstrating the art of the juke move. Very interesting stuff. Recommend programming the DVR/VCR if you missed it. The clip is only about 5 minutes long.

| Its Meier Time (4/1/2008) Just caught the end of it thanks!
Wow...he spins at 80rpm on his spin moves.
Crazy right, they said (after breaking down his juke) that when he plants his foot he places 600 lbs. of force on his planted leg.
They introduced the segment by saying that MoJo is one of the hardest RBs to tackle, etc. Props to Moe and props to the Jags.

Which one feels like it had more force?

Stand next to a scale and jump on it and watch how much it reads and then compare it to your weight just standing on it like normal

| | As both my Physics and Thermodynamics professors taught me, F=MA baby. The force applied to any object is measured in terms of pounds-force (lbf) and is a product of the mass of an object, say someone named Maurice Jones-Drew, and the acceleration applied to that object, the change in both direction and velocity that is imparted on M. Jones-Drew's body.
Go heavy early.
You do not maintain perfection, you work for it everyday.

the previous post is correct. his force is ma. So his 210 pound weight is his mass times gravity. They are then basically claiming that he is accelerating at three times gravity when he makes this move (since 3g times his mass would be 630). |
