You can also throw in Donnie Henderson to that group.
Henderson wasn't acollege or NFL head coach at any point in his careeer.Still, reviewing his bio revealed his considerable experience in coaching defense. The Jaguars are blessed to have a former defensive coordinator as a defensive backs coach. Looking at the stats makes me wonder why the Jets didn't retain him.
The point of the thread was tomae light of how many former HCs are coaching for the Jaguars. Can you think of another team in the NFL with a staff like this? The Dolphins WERE like this, but this is about as good as it gets.
