| What's funny about this is that if a deal does get done, and he winds up a Viking, guess who will be the first person to blast the front office here in Jacksonville for not getting a deal done? The same person that was denying he'd spend large to land the guy just yesterday.

| The real question is if the trade would result in a few drops on the floor or a full puddle.

| No question that Bryant McKinnie has the physical talent to give the Dolphins a quality solution at LT for a number of years. However, the reason why I would be reluctant to make this trade if in Miami's position, is McKinnie might not be mature enough to stay out of trouble if he's playing close to home. McKinnie's off the field incident earlier this off-season occurred in South Florida. I'm not sure if the NFL is going to suspend McKinnie for one or more games. Yet, I am confident that another incident will lead to a lengthy suspension.

| Also, if the Vikes get this deal done, they might not be looking at DE in the first round. This leaves more DE available for us to pick at 26, or possibly just less spots to move up in the draft to get our guy. A lot of people had Harvey going to the Vikings. Maybe with this trade, we could get him for less.

In case anyone needs a clue.
Pick a number between 1 and 100, Add 52, Now subtract 7, Add 4, Subtract 13, Subtract the number you started with, Divide by 2, Add 7, Multiply by 4 then subtract 9 ... Viola there's your clue.

You're not talking about the same person that had a certain Jags backup QB/best QB in history starting for the Vikings this year are you?
Monkeys, Typewriters, Shakespeare.
Additionally, FBT, stop giving him credit and he will wilt away. You know better.

| Bryant McKinnie right now is essentially a rich-man's Khalif Barnes. He has his share of off the field problems, but he's a great player (Right now, of course, Khalif is just good).
Miami should take this deal without hesitation... if it's on the table, which I doubt. |

| The Vikings could make as many moves as they want, but until they address the QB situation, they will not be a contender.
