It would not surprise me at the least if he enters the NFL at a position that is not QB. It also wouldn't surprise me if he somehow managed to excel at QB given his dedication and work ethic.
Imagine if this guy would have been a LB, TE, or FB/RB. We would be talking about a completely different prospect.

Anyways, as a Florida fan, even I don't see him being a very good NFL QB.

Could he become one? Sure. With that said, he has a lot to show us between now and the day he declares for the draft.

Before last season he was launching deep passes 5 yards beyond the intended target.

Blind Grator homers think he'll be Peyton.. opposing fans tend to think he'll never reach to the NFL. I believe both are very wrong in their predictions.

RE: Is Tim Tebow really that good?
JacksJags (7/29/2008)
by the way....what do the fans and filipinos thing mean?
i assume because he was born there because his parents were on a mission trip to the philippines.

and i have no clue why the OP mentioned it.

RE: Is Tim Tebow really that good?

by the way....what do the fans and filipinos thing mean?

RE: Is Tim Tebow really that good?
SLAP-A-HENDERSON (7/29/2008)
And can he transform into a NFL QB?
Is he the second coming for his fans or the filipinos?

Is he really straight? He has a cannon ...and alot of his passes are near perfect. He does have problems throwing a tight spiral, but they get where they need to go.
