And now for the equivocating to top it all off. You won't SAY he should be arrested, but at the same time you also think "where there is smoke, there is usually fire" and he did something fishy. OK then.....way to take a firm stand. This way regardless of what the police find out, you have found a nice way to believe he must have done something wrong and must be guilty.

From what I have heard so far, I think he owned the gun invovled in the shooting. I don't think he shot at anyone or shot anyone himself. And I don't think he told anybody to go shoot someone or suggested that anyone be shot. He happened to own the gun involved.

Will they charge him for owning the gun that was discharged? I have no idea. If they do and he gets a one or 2 game suspension as a result, so be it. [/quote]

It is already against the law for his gun being involved in (In Pa. at least), so he will be charged for something.

He has already absolutley done something wrong. You can not deny that no matter what.
