However, if it was used in a crime - which clearly it was - Harrison can be legally responsible for that, as I understand it - whether he was the shooter or not. And as has been pointed out already, that would be grounds for serious sanctions by the NFL in and of itself. Harrison readily admits to a physical altercation with the man.  To add to that, the gun used to fire several shots was found at his place of business after he told police it NEVER leaves his home.  The gun is a very rare weapon.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless of Harrison's guilt or innocence, the rather public information is piling up and isn't promising to this point.
