The feed in Tallahassee sucked as well, and my parents in Jacksonville said theirs was bad. It wasn't an isolated incident.

It was the Orlando channel 65 feed, not Brighthouse. I had the same problem with the broadcast on DirectTV.

For what it's worth, that's the first time since I've been watching that they've had that problem. IIRC, the Jax preseason station had a similar problem last year. What was also disappointing was that none of the Orlando stations carried the Dolphins version of the game.
