He could be the SS or a 4th CB on certain formations. I think it's worth it to sign him for a 1 yr deal.

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?
PAJagfan27 (5/9/2008)
No one on that list. But I wouldn't mind if they brought back Grady Jackson for one more year. If they did bring him back I bet Fred & Maurice would have more yards with him on the field.

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?

Tony Parrish.

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?
BASE_D (5/11/2008)
other: byron leftwich
Now wouldn't that be some crazy messed up stuff if we brought Byron back to compete for the #3 QB spot???!?!??!?

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?

other: byron leftwich

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?

I'd like to get Grady Jackson back and off that list up there I'd like to get Culpepper for some competition at the #2 QB spot. We know he isn't going to cause pressure to Garrard after the big contract, and Lemon was ok for Miami last year in spots, but I wouldn't feel as good with him if Garrard went down to do what Gray did last year for us going 2-1 in the 3 game road stretch.

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?

From that list I'd pick up Ty Law and tell him to play Safety.

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?
DewtheMathis (5/8/2008)
What about our own guys do we resign them starting with
Gerald Sensabaugh (SS) we have a need to fill this spot! I thought he did okay but he's not worth big dollars. A few 3rd round picks average out to his level of play, well minus the experince he brings to the table.

Tony Gilbert (LB) I don't know he's good but what is it he wants to stay around for at a position were good at right now.

We lost Bobby McCray, sob, but we got 2 great DE's in the draft!
None, from that list. RB Musa Smith from the Ravens might be interesting for the 3rd RB spot.
BTW, didn't Sensabaugh already resign??

RE: Which unsigned Free Agent is the best for the Jaguars?

Culpepper....I am just not confident in Lemon or Bouman.
