I think they call it the Pepsi Challenge or something like that; it's located inside the stadium gates but outside the stadium behind the SEZ seating area. About 3-4 years ago, I met Travis at Alltel for a game and he just had to do the whole thing before going into the stadium.

He made a nice one-handed grab of a pass out of a passing machine (after faking out a stationary tackling dummy), then beat an 8 year old girl badly in the 40 yard dash (she was wearing a dress but he still smoked her).

Then came the field goal try. He made a nice approach and launched it into the air. It just didn't get much air under it, maybe about 3 inches as everyone in its way ran for cover, including small animals. One of the bounces did get up to about 3 feet though.

Huh? Do they have a halftime field goal kicking contest?[/quote]What PF is talking about at the stadium is that the jaguars have a punt pass & kick courses where the old practice field used to be.

Fargin, He may have been talking about himself being there (at the seat relocation) but he was talking about football being played at JMS, meaning he can't wait til it starts, so I knew what he meant!!! Have to learn to read between the lines sometimes. Hence that he did say Could you feel the excitement about the upcoming season?

First day of Seat Relocation

Well, what a great feeling to be back at the stadium again. Hanging out with other Jag fans. We got on line in the Bud Zone at 11:57 AM. We finally got to the front of the line to look for new seats at 2:35 PM. Even though it was a long line the Bud Zone had A/C and fans running, the concession stand was open for food and drinks this year (last year it was not) and all the TVs were on (Fox, ESPN and the Gator Spring Game). this is my 3rd time doing this so I expected the wait. It was fun hanging out and telling stories to other season ticket holders. As with the past two time the wife and I have moved down closer to the field and for the first time my Sons have moved down from the 409 section to field level seat in the 100s. Just by luck the Jaguar person we had been conversing with this year Russell was the person who took care of us. He and the other volunteers and workers did an outstanding job this year!
