| | For Alfie, SpacePope and others who don't know what they are talking about: Seattle's three-time Pro Bowl linebacker Lofa Tatupu on Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin: He is probably not going to be happy with me saying this. He doesn't have tremendous speed, but you've never seen him get caught from behind. The guy is just a monster out there when he catches the ball. The first guy barely ever takes him down by himself. He's a receiver and he's bigger than some of the tailbacks in the league. The numbers he has been able to put up, especially with having (Larry) Fitzgerald on the other side, it's incredible what he has been able to accomplish. His attitude and the way he approaches the game, you just have to really admire and respect that. You don't see too many receivers putting it out there like that. I'm a linebacker, so I take pride in staying high and hitting helmet to helmet or pads, but there have been a couple times when I had to wrap the legs up because I was out of position. I don't like to cut too often, but if I'm a DB, I'm cutting him. It's not worth it. "He's got all the moves, he's got a great stiff-arm, he has a well-rounded game, a great athlete. In the Sugar Bowl, he played quarterback for his college team. A guy like that, he's a major weapon.

| Edge doesn't have much left in the tank....why don't the Cards take up the Bengals on the Rudi offer?

so what do you think we would trade for him? maybe a 2nd and Reggie? I think that would be a mistake, Reggie is going to be a stud one day. But AB is a stud NOW! |

| I had to bring this up because I think it's funny how people DIDN'T want Boldin. Prior to his injury, no other receiver was even close to his stats this year.
He was on pace for:
108 receptions
1464 yards
20 TDs

| What?!?!
How in the world can you project out a player's season with only 4 games done? he had 2 monster games I'll grant you, but those were against Miami who allowed a rookie QB to throw for 200+ yards, and NYJ who couldn't beat Oakland.
I think your efforts to slap yourself on the back are a little over-reaching.
Go heavy early.
You do not maintain perfection, you work for it everyday.

| I didn't make a projection. I said that is the pace the man was on and quite simply, it was.
