What will you do if they start 1-0? Will you leave for good, or just say that we got lucky that TEN blew the game and we'll go 0-15 from that point on. I have a feeling its the later. |

Hey, look on the brightside TMD. When you turn out to be wrong, you can be "delightfully surprised!"
Which, in case you thought no one would notice, does indeed mean "laughably wrong."
And you know what's even funnier about that?
We were 0-1 last season and opened really poorly against the Titans. So who cares? How did that work out for us? Franchise record in offensive production? Playoffs? It's a 16 game season. I'm sure you were one of those losers jumping off the bandwagon after week 1 last season, and I'm sure you jumped right back on once we got hot. You're as fickle as they come.

David: that'd be nice

Please please please just for a day or two, can we have something positive? No mindless Shack bashing, no pissing about how the team is going 0-16, no telling everyone you were right about how terrible someone is. I promise a positive attitude will improve your life.
David Garrard? Ive always liked him. The Essex Blades. The heart and soul of British Football! http://essexblades.com/ | |

| I also don't think the starters were too bad yesterday. Why does this offense need to chuck the ball downfield in the preseason to prove anything? This is the same offense from last year minus Ernest Wilford. They were the second best offense in the league during the second half last year.
Fred looked good. Garrard played pretty good. Pashos and Khalif need to get their ish together, though. Defense was great.

Thats stupid.
I don't have the Jags finishing 1-15, so to think I'd say that is well.....dumb.
The Jags are going 9-7 this year, tops, and will lose the opener in 2 weeks.
They couldn't even beat Tennessee at _home_ in the opener last year, and I was actually optimistic with last years team.
You want to make some easy money? Take Tennessee and the points. You won't even need them....
Titans win outright.

Just out of curiousity, how exactly do you see them winning TMD?
Do they have the better running game, or running backs? Err.. no. Better QB? Absolutely not. Better receivers? Uh... no. Didn't we beat them last year with Quinn Gray at the helm? Enough said. You win some, you lose some, it's the NFL. We came out flat against them in the opener last season, and there were a lot of extenuating circumstances in that game that we don't even have to go over. But you know what? Who was the better team that year, objectively speaking? Everyone in their right mind would say Jacksonville. So what does that mean? It means one game doesn't mean a **** thing. Success is a culmination of efforts, repeated little by little over a period of time.
