So its 3.3 + 1.3 for 4 years or is the 1.3 mil subtracted from the 3.3?

If its the 3.3+1.3 mil then we is making a bit over 1 mil per year. Right?

Just curious because it seems a bit low for a second rounder.

Antoine Cason, who was picked 28th by SD in the first round, got 5 years 12 million.  So it sounds like it's pretty much in line.

 TMD on Mike Walker Sep.7:

"because he stinks"

"Why don't you get it? WTH has this player done, besides be an OTA wonder?"

"In the exhibition games, he's shown eggo hands."

"It's like you people are truly shocked/ mystified/ surprised that Harris produced another bust."

To add to that.  Malcolm Kelly was drafted by the Redskins right before Groves and he got a 4 year 3.36 million dollar deal, with 1.655 million in guarantees.

i think people always assume players make much more than they do. only the very top picks do. groves is a second round pick. he got 1.3 up front and about half a million a year for 4 years. That makes 3.3 million total. It is typical for where he was drafted. For example, Jones-Drew got 2.75 over 4 years. He will get 445,000 this year, which is why he is such a deal.

Does this mean I can come off the bridge now? Or do I have to wait for Harvey to sign too?
You better stay there just a little bit longer. Don't worry we will send out a messenger when Harvey has signed.
