| | Did anyone else read between the lines on Vic's answer to the last question in today's "Ask Vic"? Ticket sales are obviously slow and disappointing for this point in time. Today's " Ask Vic " answer on ticket sales along with Vic's "Bucket List" comments last week on "Jaguars This Week" shows his strong pessimism toward the team remaining in Jax. This city has got to start stepping up to the plate and start buying season tickets. We can't lose this team. |

| Maybe, this city (Jax) does just fine in buying season tickets.
Maybe, they just need a smaller stadium.
Indy, prior to this year only had to fill a 55,531 seat stadium (according to NFL record & fact book) to sell out.
Several others top out at 65,000 or under.
Even with the tarps, capacity is still like 67,000+, ....IMO, that is still too large for the market.
I think 64,000 capacity would be ideal.
Congratulations to the 2008 WORLD Champions, your Philadelphia Phillies!

| Ticket sales are fine. Ahead of last year. With the way the economy is right now and the median income for this area I think every things ok.

At the time the stadium was renovated, it was more important. Now, it is more of a luxury than a necessity. If they did it all over again, they'd build a stadium more like Heinz Field.

| | This issue has been beaten to death from every angle possible. I have had tickets for two years and just this year 15 of my buddies got season tickets. It has just taken time for the younger fans to be able to afford season tickets but step by step we are developing a great fan base. Go jags! |

The Jaguars continue to be ahead of 2007 pace for season ticket sales. They would like to sell out the stadium through season tickets if possible, but that's not realistic. Vic simply said that he would not get into a numbers game. There are tickets remaining. Do you have ANY idea how well this city does at "stepping up" to buy season tickets when compared to other markets? I'm betting not.
