BJORN TOURAQUE (5/5/2008)
IFC, you have us beating the Colts away and losing at home.

What's your thinking behind that?

The Jaguars have played much more consistent when playing indoors against the Colts.  My thining is that the Colts' defense could be tired after the Minnesota game, where they could get beaten by Adrian Peterson.

I hope that doesn't happen, though.

Late in the season, the Colts' offense tends to find its gear.

With regards to the Tennessee game, it's a gut feeling.  Tennessee on opening day is a tough way to start.  And I was told last year that it couldn't happen in week 1 when I predicted Tennessee to win (I was the only one in TexasJagFan's pickem game that went 3-0 in week 1).

For your sakes, best of luck for hoping that lightning doesn't strike twice.

TCT, 10 wins for the 4th place team? Thats a pretty tall order. I don't think that has ever been done. I know it hasn't been done since the divisions were re-aligned in 2002.

I'm not even sure if a 4th place team has won 9 games in the current format.

I see Tennessee winning 8 games in 2008.

I do agree that the Colts/ Jags & Texans will be fighting it out for the top 3 spots. It will be a dogfight & I wouldn't be surprised if either of the 3 won the division, nor would I be surprised if any of the 3 finished in 3rd place. (likely AFC 6th seed)

TMD's Jags draft: as of 3/ 11/08

1)DE Calais Campbell 2) RB Ray Rice 3a) DT Frank Okam 3b) trade to Mia for DE Jason Taylor 4) C Cody Wallace 5a) CB Terrence Wheatley 5b) WR William Franklin 5c) SS Caleb Campbell

Follow this & we'll be playing in Tampa next February

Cool cool saw alot of things I think will happen different. Heres my view

AFC East

New England

Buffalo ?

New York Jets ?

Miami ?

AFC West

San Diego

Denver (?)

Kansas City ( Awsome draft of course I think Herms on a misson...plus he has Arrowhead as his backyard....tuff place in December)

Oakland

AFC North

Cleveland ( I LOVEEE this team I ain't a fan but this team can see the light)

Pittsburgh ( Over .588 Schedule strength hope big bens ready for a long 4 months)

Cincinnati ( I cant decide on Cin and Bal both gonna have very shaky rest of offseason)

Baltimore

NFC East

( I don't see how anybody can predict this divison)

Dallas ( This team won't go to the superbowl not yet IDK why everybody thinks so)

New York Giants ?

Philadelphia

Washington (I think Jason C. needs to use them weapons....someone should)

NFC West

Seattle (Matt hass can't dance)

Arizona ( I love this teams back 7 but Edge needs help with them bombshells at WR)

St. Louis ( I just don't know man......Weres the D? I allways got my fantasy players at the end of the year playing this D)

San Francisco (Didn't address the bad need for WR)

NFC North

Green Bay ( This team is still booming with talent..... And alot of it)

Minnesota

Detroit

Chicago

NFC South

(This one I agreed I think the Saint's did awsome trade/draft I think Drew Breese is gonna light it up once again)

New Orleans

Bucs

Carolina

Atlanta ( Sorry ATL even if Matt Ryan had superpowers....you guys need help...Start by geting rid of Mike Jenkins)

And the most important

AFC SOUTH

Jackonsville (Its prime time to get after 18 more then once......)

Colts (Pretty good draft O-lines getin aged.....is Freeney gonna be 100%? Id say doubtfull.)

Texans

Tennessee

I aslo saw...

Week 12: Minnesota-Loss

Week 13: at Houston-Loss

I don't understand this at all Minnesota still is a 1 sided offense until proven. Great D but i don't think unless they start with a blowout.

Then Houston....this is a primetime game monday night lights...I love my jags under the moonlight.....it must just be natural.

P.S. I don't think Jac forgot about the last season opener and with tennesse's bad bad draft comon beat the jags? I bet they don't win 8 games.

Minnesota has a big offensive line (and defensive line).  The Colts and Texans don't have great size to match up with that.

The Jaguars and Titans do.

That's my reasoning behind that.

The purple boys up north are contenders....If they had a QB and mabye some sort of name at the wideout spot. If they only had someone to command that team at the QB. they would be a deadly contender for the superbowl no doubt. But until then that this team is gonna see 8 men in the box all day for...all day lol.

Knock it down (5/3/2008)
Taking a quick look at your standings, move GB and NYJ up and drop down Atlanta. Green Bay came so close to the Super Bowl last year, and the emergence of a running game and their still good defense should keep them at least in 2nd.

I also think you're giving the division too much credit. It will be extremely tough for all of the four teams to play so well again, but you are going past that and saying as a whole the divisional record will improve. Somebody hasgot to falter.

Wow, it's not like they lost anybody right???

Right???

#1 WR REGGIE WILLIAMS 10 TD CATCHES, A JAGUAR'S RECORD

4-1 in AFC Playoffs, only miss Pats beat Jags
2-3 in NFC Playoffs, Two correct(Packers over Seahawks, Giants over Packers)
SuperBowl Pick : Patriots 41, Giants 24
