Don't forget this top 100 is based on his conversations with several GMs. Still it won't be an exact science as we've seen enough GMs do some head scratching things in the past.exactly. its known he gets a lot of inside info from scouts/GMs and is believed to have access to one team's board. thus his top 100 is so accurate not because he has such a great eye for talent(well I guess he could) but because he talks to people in the know.
