| | The two warnings and then banned may have been a bit too tough. Below is the revision in the enforcement that is in the COC as of this afternoon. Please note the exceptions on previously banned posters, trolls, and pornographic posts. From the COC, the rules it refers to have not been changed since last revision: Board Policy on Warnings & Suspensions Occasionally we run into the unfortunate situation where we have to suspend members for poor conduct on the message board. A member who breaks the rules outlined above is subject to the following disciplinary action: 1. First and second offenses: Warnings. 2. Third offense: One week suspension. Suspension will be lifted by request only in the Reinstatement Request thread of the Suspension Forum. You will be able to see this forum only if you have been suspended. 3. Fourth offense: One week suspension. Suspension will be lifted by request only in the Reinstatement Request thread of the Suspension Forum. 4. Fifth offense: Permanent ban Exceptions to the above: 1. If you have been previously banned and have returned under a different username you will be permanently banned without warning. 2. Posting of any pornographic material is grounds for an immediate permanent ban. 3. Trolling, as defined by the moderators, by opposing fans is subject to an immediate and permanent ban.

I'm not a fan of the COCIt does seem a bit lenient. We could do like other boards. That is, your first offense is a warning. On your second offense, you get banned permanently. Would you like that better?

| Why can't regular posters view the banned/suspended section? I'm not saying we should necessarily be able to post there, but why can't we even see it?
